keyboard layouts configuration tool

Looks good... but it doesn't work here...

if i deselect the "Use X Configuration" i can choose the Keyboard model
but i'm unable to add any Keyboard layouts... the "Add" button remains
grayed-out

Xfce4(svn version)
xorg7.1
libxklavier 3.0 and 3.1
xfkc 0.1

Section "InputDevice"
    Identifier  "Keyboard1"
    Driver      "kbd"
    Option "AutoRepeat" "500 30"
