Xfdesktop, new translated Turkish menu

Hi,

a translator sent in an updated version of the outdated Turkish menu for 
the Xfdesktop package. I could upload both the menu and categories files 
but the menu is disabled in the makefile, attached to this mail is a 
patch to fix it.
