Xfce 4.4.1 translations changes since 4.4.0

Hi,

here are two patches, one for trunk and one for branch, please be so 
kind to apply them.

The changes are mostly the active translators and, as Olivier stated, 
move Biju Chacko and Edscott Wilson García to the previous contributors. 
I also changed my email address as I change provider.
