Mocha downtime

I don't think it's worth the effort, the other xfce.org sites (svn,
goodies, ...) won't respond anyway. And like you said it should be for
3-4 hours; some ISP DNS won't even take the rotation change into their
cache. But if Auke wants to do it that's his call.
