My last try to fix the cygwin issue...

v1 build the libdir from the directory we're walking though (removed
.desktop hack, so remove desktop.in.in files and regenerate po stuff
when you commit).
v2 extracts the file name / directory from the X-XFCE-Module value
(smaller patch, maybe a bit slower).

Choose the patch you like most, or silently ignore me today...
