Trouble with default theme

Yes, xfwm4 supports and looks for various format images when loading
themes. It looks first for SVG, then PNG, then GIF, etc.

I used to install SVG images, but it seems there are problems between
versions of librsvg that cause different results between platforms.

Therefore, I now install just the PNG (it's also faster), but people whu
had built and installed from svn before still have the SVG images
installed... Thus the problem.

That's why removing the theme dir entirely and reinstalling fix the issue.
