It's nice and I enjoy using it, but isn't it like... forking Tango somehow?

It makes perfectly sense to use this package as part of Zenwalk because
you're building a complete distribution, but it wouldn't be all that
suitable for Xfce to ship it, because the end user will end up with
different versions of Tango installed on her system... Unless she
installs the icon theme by herself.
