Panel crash with dual monitor setup

i've been through this a thousand times... i can't reproduce this panel crash...
neither could i reproduce the xfdesktop crash...

I have pretty much the same setup...
primary monitor right of the secondary moving panels accross them has
never been a problem... both fixed or freely moveable panels/ with or
without handles, with or without plugins, etc etc...

i'd like to see the guy's his xorg.conf....
