xfdesktop patch (new mcs options for icon labels)

Hi all,

attached to this mail is a patch against xfdesktop svn r21811. It adds 
three new mcs manager options: for the icon label color, icon label 
alpha value and icon text color. This obsoletes the patches I sent in 
another thread (called "xfdesktop icon text color") a couple of days 
ago. Please refer to that thread if you don't know what's this about. 
Besides some fixes, I also added a third option for the icon label 
color, because I felt that somehow completes it.

If somebody is interested, please try it out and let me know what you 
think. Of course, I'd especially appreciate opinions about the code 
itself (bugs, bad implementation, etc), so if anybody has time for 
this... maybe even Brian? ...that would be great ;-)
