xfce-mcs-manager settings syntax

Hi people,

is there any website or reference paper where is listed the complete
syntax of config files used by core xfce applications through
xfce-mcs-manager ?

If somebody wants to customize his Xfce installation editing config
files, would it be possible to find which values are available for which
settings in xml files ?
