xfce doesn't see anything in /usr/share/applications/ and /usr/share/icons/

Hello!

At revision 21653 (today) and in some revision yesterday, my Xfce which is
installed in /usr/local, doesn't see anything inside
/usr/share/applications, /usr/share/icons/. So, because of that I do not
have any icons at the bottom panel. I see, at that panel, places where these
programs should be, but there is no icons.

Also, in Xfce Settings Manager, there is no icons; in the logout dialog
there is no icons, and half of my programs from right-click desktop menu are
missing. And for those programs that are in that menu, there are no icons.
