Yes, but it's not immediately obvious from the first time you
right-click and look at the menu you get.  Not to mention that I figure
when someone right-clicks on a launcher, I think there's a high
probability that they want to edit it, so that functionality should just
be a click away.

Either way, it doesn't really hurt anything being there, even if it's
redundant.
