xfdesktop -reload

Hi Brian ,

I'm a bit surprised that xfdesktop -reload doesn't refresh/reload the
backdrop...Did  you have any reasons to do so? Or did i hit a bug? ;)
It does refresh icons and the menu but not the backdrop...
Though it could be usefull as such you could even provide a .desktop
file (even just based on a script) that could show up on right-clicking
images in Thunar which says : use as Desktop... Or ppl can write a
script to do so...
Right now, the only way i've found to refresh the backdrop is by
restarting  the whole xfce-mcs-manager which is not very elegant... or
are there ways to restart only part of it?
