Untranslated strings in sound mcs plugin

Hi,
I've noticed that some messages in the Sound mcs plugin dialog are not being
properly translated into current locale (assuming such translations exist). It
seems to happen due to the fact that one of the source files
(xfce-mixer-settingsbox.c) doesn't include config.h and so gettext macros are
not defined during compilation.
It's weird that the same source file has the following comment (which actually
came from the file mixer-settingsbox.gob):
/* needs modified gob2 that adds config.h first */
It made me think that the lack of including config.h was on purpose, since the
author knew it was missing. How could this be fixed?
Regards,
Adriano
