library sonames in installed 4.4beta1

Thanks, it's a bit clearer now. I thought current from libtool directly 
translates to soname major. So in case of libxfcegui4 (5.0.1) the soname 
is not changed.

As for libxfce4util was age reset to 0 (and consequently soname major 
needs bump) because of removing some utf8 handling functions which makes 
the library not backwards compatible with 4.4beta1?
