change xfdesktop default settings

I like the color scheme (though I do sometimes feel kinda attached to
the old Xfce blue).  The background reminds me too much of OS X's
default background though.  (I just installed OS X on my new PowerBook
last weekend, so it's fresh in my mind.)  I believe that was my turn-off
about it when you wanted to put it in for 4.2 ^_~.  Whatever, though.
It's a nice background.
