transparent window manager

about the composite in xfwm4, is it possible to make the window
manager transparent seperate of the rest of the window? mainly im
intrested in having a window manager thats about 30% translucent,
while the window is 100% solid.

also, if thats possible, would it be possible to then have the whole
window, including title bar to be transparented again on a move, so
the titlebar would be 50% translucent, while the ui would only be 20%
?
