Patch for xfce4-panel to allow dragging from Mozilla-type browsers

Hi all,

Here's a small patch to xfce4-panel (today's svn, revision 20210).

It adds support for the "text/x-moz-url" drag target type used by
Mozilla-type browsers (e.g., firefox). With this patch applied:

- If your browser is showing local files then you can drag them to the
panel just as from a file manager.

- If the program you are dragging to supports other schemes, you can
drag other types of link. E.g., you can drag a link from a Firefox
window to Konqueror's launcher to open the link in Konqueror.

- This also works in the launcher properties box.
