Dual monitor problem...

I have a similar problem -- it seems that the Xfce panel sets the struts wrong
and forces windows above the top of the screen. I haven't had time to debug it
yet, but it seems the problem was introduced around r19500. Midterms are here,
so don't expect too much from me over the next week or so, but I might try to
get in a patch if someone doesn't bee me to it.
