xfdesktop feature request

Making the xfdesktop menu able to display a menubar would allow having 
this part of the existing menu plugin since it already talks to thunar. 
Then an applications/places/settings toplevel menu layout a la gnome 
(optional of course) would help users - especially non technical ones - 
quickly finding their way around.
