[Website] Project pages

Hi, 

I'm back in doing some pages , yay.  I wrote two pages for the
Projects, one for the window manager and a second for the panel.  It is
just to show an example of what could be possible.  Feel free to give us
ideas to make a good project page/template for every projects.

* What content are you missing?
* Any better ideas for the structure of the page?
* ...
