Erm ... Tango? See http://tango-project.org for details.

Daniele Favara helped Xfce adding some icon names to the official icon
library. You can also find an almost complete set of Tango icons
supporting Xfce on his website:

And, BTW, I also like the new GTK+ theme you've created, Olivier!
