xarchiver and thunar plugins

Hello

right now thunar-archive-plugin provides the .tap files for file-roller
and ark, while xarchiver provides its own.

Is this staying as is?

If the tap were to move to thunar-plugin it makes sense to know in
advance or else in packaging (at least for .deb) we'll need to add ugly
conflict/replace info to the packages when the move happens.
