Icons in xfwm title bar

OK, I see, I guessed something like that, I haven't coded gtk since gtk1 :(

Is there a way to set the icon from a bash script ? (the app I'm talking 
about is an Xdialog one)

(btw : Xarchiver-svn is missing the icon in the title bar too )
