Where is my menu file?

I don't think i explaned well, my older xfce was 4.2.3.2, my new xfce
is 4.3.9.1.
I like my menu, I do not want to change it, I do not want a system menu.
The problem is i'm using a menu file that doesn't exist. Look at the
screenshot and you will see that.

This is the question, from where is xfce loading the menu? My menu.
The file doesn't exist =)
