Where is my menu file?

Please, take a look at the screenshot, there you will see my menu,
it's in portuguese but that doesn't matter. You can also see the menu
properties showing the current menu file and on the xterm you can see
that the last command is a "du" on the menu file which shows an error
instead of the file size because the file doesn't exist.
So, where from is xfce getting that menu? By the way I do not have
xfce4-session running.
Is it only with me but keyboard shortcuts doesn't work when the panel
menu is opened?
