Mmm i hate attached screenshots, but anyway here we go :P. I modified
a clock patch that was on the mailing lists a couple of months ago.
The dialog might is a bit to complicated, but it's just an idea.
(Timezones are not integrated yet, /me was unable to find out
how to calculate this and/or use the timezone data in /usr/share/timezones)
