Oops, I forgot to put the size request back in. Anyway, there doesn't 
seem to be a proper solution for this :(

I could put in a g_idle() that sets the size, but only if the icon is 
too big. That would give some annoying resizing of the panel, but maybe 
that would make people complain to the author of the app providing the 
systray ...
