Terminal and gnome-pty-helper

I'm running several instances of Terminal at one time, and opens/closes
lots of other one every day. Now, running on my system, are plenty of
gnome-pty-helper processes, which should belong to Terminal (I guess)
and are not closed when Terminal is closed.

I don't know what happens here, but maybe Benny (or other) knows :)

PS: I can kill the processes, everything stay ok, but I don't like those
process idling :)
