Hmm, it occurs to me that this won't fix the case if an external plugin
requests that the about dialog is shown (not sure if they're able to do
this, but there's an IPC event type for it).  I assume the IPC window is
always on screen 0, so it'll pass a pointer to a widget on screen 0 to
panel_app_about(), regardless of which screen.  Unless each screen has
an IPC window, of course.  I don't want to expend the effort to find out.
