[patch] external panel plugins & multihead

Hey Jasper,

I'm testing multihead (no xinerama) using Xnest, and I can't add any
external panel plugins to the panel on the second screen.  The panel
increases in width by about a pixel, like it's trying to add the item,
but nothing appears.  It's not getting sent to the other panel either.

Added a couple printfs, and it looks like the new plugin process is
being run with DISPLAY set to the name of the first screen's display.
Attached patch fixes the problem for me.
