defunct external plugins are back?

Hi,

I've just noticed that I'm getting defunct external plugins again with latest
xfce4-panel (as far as I remember this had been previously solved). I'm not yet
completely sure, but now it doesn't seem to happen all the time. I'll
investigate it better and post here anything I find out.
