xfwm4 compositor really slow

well, i would like to dissagree...
it does seem to be a tad slower than usual, but on the other hand, i
can still play 3d games, such as bzflag as fast, if not fast than
before. all this with composite, and dri.

for the record, i have a radeon 9200, and im using the oss radeon/r200 drivers
