Problem with 4.3

Hello i have compilate the last version with snv, in the my i-book g3 with
ubuntu 5.10.

The 4.3.xx Is great, but i have a problem with same aplet for the pannel
(battery, wlan, lan).

In the xfwm4 there isent the scrool-bar horizontal and vertical whe i open
the window in the file manager
