I'm not sure where it should go, actually. With menus, I meant the 
system menu, so basically xfmenu.

So, we basically have thunar, xffm?, xfdesktop (menu and menu panel 
plugin) and appfinder.

I haven't really thought about what would be the 'correct' way to handle 
this.
