xfwm: Mouse and window decorations on dual-head setup

Hi,

I'm running Xorg 7.0.22 and xfwm4 4.3.99.1 as distributed by Debian
testing. My X display has two separate screens, i.e. no Xinerama. This is
my .xinitrc:

xsetroot -display :0.1 -solid black
DISPLAY=:0.1 conky
exec xfwm4

Problem no. 1: When I startx, there's a gra-hatched primary screen with a
X-cursor in the center, then a black secondary screen with conky, and
after xfwm is up, the mouse cursor turns into an arrow, but moves to the
top-left of the secondary screen.

Problem no. 2: While window decorations on the secondary screen look as
expected, they are all black on the primary. After switching the theme
back and forth, they are OK there too, just not at first.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
