xfce4-taskmanager pre-release

Hello,

these days I'm working on the xfce4-taskmanager to get a stable release 
with more supported platforms.

Now I added cpu-usage display for each process and cleaned up/rewrote 
the whole source.
So please test the pre-release and if someone knows how to port it to 
solaris please tell me :-)
*Bsd's aren't supportet today, but this will be the next thing to do. 
(sorry)

Translations and feature requests are really welcome of course !
