pager workspace layout option?

Yo Jasper,

Did the pager layout option disappear somewhere?  I used to have my
workspaces in a 3x2 grid, but after updating the panel, my pager and
taskbar disappeared (because you added something to libgui and didn't
make the panel depend on the new version!), but now that I've added it
back, I just have a 1x6 workspace arrangement and I can't seem to change
it.  Any ideas?  It really takes up WAY too much space on my panel now...
