Hi all,

I updated Bugzilla on bugzilla.xfce.org to 2.22.0.  Since our install
goes all the way back to 2.16.something and was apparently somewhat
broken, I ended up reinstalling from scratch and then importing our
current bug DB.  So hopefully everything should be in good shape, but
please do let me know if anything's not working.

This also means that after Nick is done with our new Bugzilla template
based on the stock 2.22 template, everything will be pretty again ^_^.
