How does this work?  Can anyone have an account if they want one?  I'd
like one, but I can't commit the time to "report out to everyone".  I'd
just like to browse the list and fix the bugs that are in my SW.
Otherwise, I doubt this service will be of use to me, unless someone
else just submits patches.

Also, what are they tracking?  SVN trunk?  A particular release?
