IIRC that command won't work if firefox isn't already running.  I've
seen the same problem Jannis has (no runnign window found) when trying
to use exo-open if firefox isn't running.

I also had another problem, which might be related to the fact that
Gentoo uses a wrapper script to parse arguments passed to
firefox/thunderbird/mozilla in order to do the right thing, since
moz-based browsers are horribly broken in how their remote control
works.  I need to look into this more and provide some proper error
messages and steps, but I don't have time atm.
