Default settings for 4.4

Hi,

Rather than thinking for days about what the 'average' user will want
on his or her default panel, maybe it's best to just go with something
really basic and actively encourage people to customise their desktop.

For instance, would it be possible to perhaps show some special
'welcome' help page when a user first runs XFCE? Put a basic "Thank
you for choosing XFCE" message in it, point out that the default setup
if fairly basic and encourage people to customise their panel, with a
link to the relevant docs.

Just my 2 cents.
