I found a way (works for me) to reproduce it:

1. Kill xfce-mcs-manager;
2. Run xfce-setting-show (and than close the dialog);
3. Run xfce-setting-show (and than close the dialog) many other times.

In step 2 the dialog is OK, but every time it is opened again in step 3 labels
are misaligned.
