CPU usage

Hi,

I'm running Ubuntu Dapper (Xfce 4.3.x, everything updated 10 minutes ago) and
the CPU usage stays up at very high level. Currently if I'm doing nothing the
xfce4-menu-plugin sucks 99% of CPU (in the attached picture ~90% as xv also
needed CPU cycles during grab).

Any ideas what is causing this?
