Key navigation in xfrun dialog

Hello.
I was using the xfrun dialog a bit more than usual these days, and I
noticed that if you press the DOWN arrow the "run in terminal" checkbox
gets highlighted, while I'd expect that the drop-down list with the
previous entries showed up.

Is this the expected behaviour or just a glitch that has gone unnoticed?
