that can be said all the other packages, I'll ask later for the 4.2.3
release, now thankfully, my unified modifying enables simple perl/sed
operation to change it. I know forced `The Xfce development' would be
enough arrogant against the developers, I bet some anger hehe, but
anyway it's easy to change.

You can now also use perl/sed to bump the SVN version/revision when
you'll update the sources (which make update-po), can't you? That's
why I've been modifying header values in these days, yes I'm lazy
enough.
