Something like this:
xffm/
-scramble

--xfrecent

--xfsamba

--xftrash
---po

xffm/po will disappear and desktop files will be moved to their
respective package directory. At the xffm top level there will scripts
to build/install all packages instead of current
configure.ac/Makefile.am.

I'll try to get the new structure into svn trunk today so you can work
with it.
