problem compiling panel

updated to svn and it works.

Well, some feedbacks now ;-):
It seems there is a bug with the test plugin: if I kill the app or remove a panel, I have an error message saying that the plugin was unexpedly removed. Also if I do it by removing a panel, I have a segfault:

(testplugin:30905): Gdk-WARNING **: GdkWindow 0x1c0001c unexpectedly destroyed

(testplugin:30905): Gdk-WARNING **: GdkWindow 0x1c00003 unexpectedly destroyed
Erreur de segmentation

If I remove the test plugin before I remove the panel, It works. 

The launcher plugin doesn't give any error.
