We are looking at creating "Xubuntu" as a separate but official project to Ubuntu using the XFCE4 desktop by default. Currently we use a dual licensing strategy for our documents, being GFDL and CC-BY-SA (see www.gnu.org/copyleft/fdl.html and http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/2.0/ respectively) and want to include derivatives of your work (from http://www.loculus.nl/xfce/documentation/docs-4.2/) as part of the distribution under these licences.

Hello Robbert,

Feel free to use my parts of the documentation with the two licenses you
propose. I don't particularly like the GNU FDL, but as long as there are
no invariant sections, that should be ok.

I am both jasper at xfce.org and huysmans at users.sourceforge.net, so it's
only 8 people. Hey, jasperx at xfce.org is a typo, that makes 7 ;-)

Very interesting to hear about Xubuntu. Keep us informed about your
progress.

Good luck,
	Jasper
