Hi,
I have all those config/cache files, and after I removed the `$(HOME)/.config/xfce4/desktop/menu.xml', things
turned into like this which is shown in following shots:
main menu:

accessories:
http://shell.world-net.co.nz/~knightw/xfce4-trunk/acces.png
settings:
http://shell.world-net.co.nz/~knightw/xfce4-trunk/settings.png
others:
http://shell.world-net.co.nz/~knightw/xfce4-trunk/others.png
Debian menu is gone, but I can find all of the programs (both the system apps and locally install ones).
That means I have to go to `others menu` to find `kcontrol` to config behaviors of KDE-related programs.
By the way, how do I clear the LC_* and LANG ? I tried
export LC_ALL=
export LANG=
but it seems not affecting anything...
Best Regards,
Willie
